WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

– All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.

– All our products are shipped on demand.

– We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

For Canadian orders please allow up to 3-5 days delivery time. 

For all International Shipping, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do offer international shipping although we do not offer tracking on international orders at this time. 

HOWEVER PLEASE BE AWARE….

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, restrictions and/or fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Pawt4paws.com has no control over these charges, nor can Pawt4paws.com predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our products are produced in Canada.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON’T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a couple days after you receive your tracking link.
